Completely. Plenty of our work starts with organisations who know something needs to change but are not sure where to begin. Starting from evidence rather than guesswork is a strong place to be.
Do you work with organisations of our size or sector?
We work across sectors and sizes, from small charities to large employers and public services. The principles of fair, evidence-led inclusion travel well. We simply learn the detail of your setting.
Can training be delivered online?
Yes. We deliver in person and online, as one off sessions, series or full programmes, and we will recommend the format most likely to change practice.
Do you offer one off sessions or ongoing support?
Both. Some clients want a single talk or workshop, others want a longer piece of consultancy or a programme. We are happy to start small.
How do you price your work?
Pricing depends on scope, format and how much is involved, so we agree it openly once we understand what you need. You will always know the cost before anything is committed, with no surprises.
