EDI training
Inclusive culture and belonging
Psychological safety, belonging and the everyday behaviours that let everyone do their best work.
What the session covers
Content is shaped around your organisation, but a typical session includes:
- What belonging and psychological safety really mean
- Why they matter for performance and wellbeing
- The small, everyday behaviours that include or exclude
- Speaking up, listening and responding well
- Microaggressions, and how to handle them
- Building habits that make inclusion normal
What is included
Every booking includes the following as standard:
- A scoping conversation beforehand, so the session fits your organisation and your people
- The session itself, delivered online or in person
- Slides and any handouts used on the day
- A practical takeaway so people leave with something they can act on
- Time for questions and discussion, with an option to gather questions anonymously in advance
- Accessibility considered throughout, including captions online and materials in advance on request
What your organisation gets from it
- A practical understanding of psychological safety and why it matters
- Awareness of the small behaviours that include or exclude
- Confidence handling microaggressions when they happen
- Habits that make inclusion part of normal work rather than an initiative
Who it is for
Whole teams, or leadership groups wanting to shift the everyday culture rather than the policy.

This training can be delivered as:
