Neurodiversity confident teams
Understanding neurodivergence and removing the everyday barriers that get in the way, to everyone's benefit.
What the session covers
Content is shaped around your organisation, but a typical session includes:
- What neurodiversity is, in plain terms and without stereotypes
- The barriers neurodivergent people often meet at work
- Communication and ways of working that help everyone
- Reasonable adjustments that actually get used
- Creating a culture where people can be open
- Recruitment and processes that do not screen people out
What is included
Every booking includes the following as standard:
- A scoping conversation beforehand, so the session fits your organisation and your people
- The session itself, delivered online or in person
- Slides and any handouts used on the day
- A practical takeaway so people leave with something they can act on
- Time for questions and discussion, with an option to gather questions anonymously in advance
- Accessibility considered throughout, including captions online and materials in advance on request
What your organisation gets from it
- Managers who understand neurodivergence without relying on stereotypes
- Adjustments that are offered early and actually get used
- Communication habits that make work easier for everyone, not just some
- A culture where people feel able to be open about how they work best
