Reflective spaces

A space for the people who hold space for everyone else.

EDI and inclusion work is often lonely, emotionally heavy, and carried by people who spend their energy supporting others. Reflective spaces give that work somewhere to go.

What it is

Facilitated, confidential, and genuinely restorative.

A reflective space is a regular, facilitated group where people doing inclusion work can step back, think honestly, and feel less alone in it. Not a training session, not a meeting with actions. A place to process the work and stay well in it.

Every space is held with care and structure, so it feels safe rather than exposing, and useful rather than vague.

  • Honest reflection, free of performance
  • Peer connection that reduces isolation
  • Practical sense making on live challenges
  • A buffer against burnout, by design
  • Held by a facilitator who knows the work
Who it is for

For the people carrying inclusion.

If your role means holding difficult conversations, absorbing other people's distress, and pushing for change against resistance, this is for you.

EDI and inclusion leads

Often the only person doing this work in their organisation, with nowhere to take the weight of it.

Staff network chairs

Volunteers giving their own time and lived experience, who deserve support in return.

People and HR professionals

Those holding inclusion alongside a demanding day job, who rarely get a space of their own.

How it works

Simple, regular, and built around you.

Small groups Monthly or termly Online or in person For a single network or across organisations One off or ongoing Fully confidential

A note on the difference: our reflective spaces are group settings for peer support and wellbeing. If you are looking for one to one developmental support instead, that is what our inclusive coaching is for.
