Honest talks that stay with people.
Warm, thoughtful and unafraid of the real stuff. Sophie speaks about identity, belonging, neurodivergence and mental health, weaving personal story together with practical insight from working in inclusion.
Lived experience, told with care.
Sophie speaks from the inside of the topics most events only touch the surface of. As a mixed race woman in the UK, she talks openly about an identity that is often quietly erased, the in-between that rarely gets named, and why that experience is felt by so many yet spoken about by so few.
She is also neurodivergent, and honest about mental health, and she brings both into the room in a way that gives other people permission to be honest too. What makes her different from a purely personal speaker is the professional thread running through it: she does this work for a living, so her story always lands on something useful an organisation can actually do.
The result is a talk that is moving and practical at once. People feel something, and they leave with something.
